Wilmington, MA  Proto-Pac Engineering has added a variety of new equipment to extend and enhance its capabilites in manufacturing processes such as X-Ray and microscopic BGA inspection, lead-free selective soldering and fully automatic screen printing.

Added SMT equipment includes a second MPM fully automatic Screen Printer with Vision, a Nicolet X-Ray Inspection Station, an ERSA BGA Inspection Microscope and an ASC International Paste Height Inspection Station.

Added through-hole equipment includes a Fusion Wave Soldering machine and a Wenesco Lead-Free Selective Soldering Station.

With the expanded capabilities, Proto-Pac continues its commitment to meet or exceed customer's requirements and expectations.
